She shares her 10 favorite doable steps towards a healthy family lifestyle and how those may look different from family to family.

    10 Doable Changes

    1. Know why you want to get healthier, and write it down.

    2. Repeat affirmations every morning.

    3. Meditate for ten minutes a day.

    4. Create your family brand — the 5-10 words you stand for as a family.

    5. Write a list of habits you want to kick and something to do instead.

    6. Commit to eating food that counts. Tell five people.

    7. Get yourself a high-speed blender like the Vitamix.

    8. Clean out the pantry of food you know doesn’t serve you.

    9. Invest in sharp knives. Keep them sharp.

    10. Get a pressure cooker or Instapot to prepare beans and soups.
