This recipe is not only super simple it is also medicinal.

 

Ingredients
5 Apples
2 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil

Directions
Peel and dice apples.

Place coconut oil in a skillet and turn on at medium heat, add apples and cinnamon.
Toss apples so they are coated in the cinnamon.

Add a tablespoon of water and warm the apple for a few minutes.
