    Doable Changes

Incorporate more fruits and vegetables. Aim to increase your intake of fruits and vegetables each day. Start by adding an extra serving of vegetables to each meal, or swapping out processed snacks for fresh fruits or veggies. Experiment with different ways of preparing and enjoying fruits and vegetables, such as blending them into smoothies, roasting, or adding them to salads.

Eliminate one processed food you always buy. Cut back on processed foods high in refined sugars, unhealthy fats, and artificial additives. Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods such as whole grains, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. When grocery shopping, read labels carefully and choose minimally processed options whenever possible.

Add one juice or smoothie into your week. Introduce juicing or smoothies into your routine as a convenient way to increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Experiment with different combinations of fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious ingredients like leafy greens, ginger, and herbs. Start your day with a green smoothie or enjoy a freshly pressed juice as a snack or meal replacement.
